I bought myself a cake. Raspberry mouse. It was delicious. I'm saving a piece for my Spanish roommate, you know, to thank her for being española.
First birthday without family or friends. A bit sad, yes, but it's a grand thing that I very much enjoy being by myself, and oftentimes prefer it to being with others. (I supremely enjoy good, interesting company, but I rarely want to be with people just for the sake of being surrounded by other humyn beings.)

i miss you lots and think about you all the time. if i wasn't socially disabled, i would have written you/demanded that you get a skype account already. so yes, my phone's service is postponed or something like that-for about a year or so, so we don't have to pay while i'm here.
you can just put your name instead of anonymous. or you can make a blog. i would prefer a blog, but they are hard to keep.
open skype, womyn! mine is kkonkina, and i'm dying to skype someone. (well, you, most of all.)

Geez. How lame am I? I completely missed your birthday, and I haven't been reading your blog like I should. Sigh. This whole school/life/being a human thing is incredibly too distracting. Although, that really is a lame excuse. I understand. And I'm sorry that I'm lame.
