learning lessons

1. make a concerted effort to not be late. aside from possibly awful ramifications, usually the worst aspect is the stress & self-imposed negativity.

2. do not feel like you have to do/say/include everything. you do not, and it would be impossible.

3. do not do anything you genuinely do not want to do. period.

4. do not waste time with people that waste your energy or leave you lower than when you initiated contact/conversation.

5. truly cherish the wonderful people in your life that love you for exactly what you are. the people that are not late, the reliable ones.

6. don't think about things too much. just do them.

7. breathe deeply, breathe often.

8. use natural body care products. really, it's important. (unless you want to cover yourself in tar, petroleum, and other carcinogens).

9. eliminate as much stress as possible.
